Who We Are

We are a team of healthcare professionals who believe health is both a personal responsibility and a personal choice. We further believe that optimal health can only be attained when the body functions properly. As such, we practice from a functional medicine perspective. Functional medicine serves as a “bridge” between standard pharmaceutical-based medicine and holistic therapies, focusing on restoring the body’s ability to function in the manner it was designed.

What We Offer

We offer family medicine services, primary care, and acute care with a functional medicine approach. We spend considerably more time with our patients than most insurance-based primary care practices because we believe in the importance of a therapeutic relationship. While prescription medication may be part of your treatment, our ultimate goal is to work with you to correct the cause of your symptoms and improve overall health.

We offer functional medicine-based family practice services, focusing on optimizing overall health. We treat chronic disease and infection as well as working with patients who want to maintain optimal health. We offer acute care visits for established patients. The typical patient is interested in and committed to either regaining or maintaining optimal health. We serve as both a health manager and partner in your care but recognize that the ultimate arbiter of personal health is you.

Olivia Gold is an NCCAOM Board Certified Acupuncture Physician and Diplomate of Oriental Medicine. Olivia studied Psychology and Social Sciences at Florida State University. After graduating in 2012, she went on to study traditional Chinese medicine and graduated from the Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine. Olivia is Board Certified in acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and biomedicine.

It was in the search for solutions for her own medical concerns that led to her personal discovery and experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine at the age of seventeen. Post-graduation, Olivia worked with her own Acupuncturist and mentor, Kim Guerrise, for 3 years in Delray Beach before relocating to Ponte Vedra Beach in early 2019.

Olivia specializes in pain treatment, hormone, and women’s health, with an emphasis on mental and emotional well-being. She also specializes in facial acupuncture and has studied under renowned Acupuncturist, Dr. Shellie Goldstein. She believes patient-focused care and a relaxing environment are vital to a successful healing process.

Olivia focuses to improve not only the physical but also the emotional and psychological well-being of her patients. She strives to create a safe place for healing and truly enjoys witnessing her patients discover how good they are designed to feel!

"I’m Phyllis Ingram, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and I am so excited to partner with Health Partners LLC to provide mental health counseling.

I've been an LMHC for 20+ years and a certified school counselor with the St. Johns County School Board. I teach in the Masters of Counseling program at Webster University and train students to become counselors.

We all face challenges in our lives. Sometimes, we get through them easily and sometimes we get stuck. Often, the timing of our problems hits us all at once and becomes overwhelming. It’s important to me to provide an atmosphere where you are free to express what you are feeling in a safe, comfortable, and accepting environment. Our goal will be to build upon your strengths and learn new coping strategies to improve how to manage life’s stressors.

I work with people who struggle with life transitions, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss. I also work with parents and students with academic and personal issues. I worked with the home school program for 15+ years and can help families consider educational options. I am confident we can work together to create the positive outcomes you are looking for.
