Dutch Cycle Mapping: Urine
The DUTCH Cycle Mapping™ maps the progesterone and estrogen pattern throughout the menstrual cycle. It provides the full picture of a woman’s cycle to answer important questions for patients with month-long symptoms, infertility and PCOS. Nine (9) targeted estrogen and progesterone measurements taken throughout the cycle to characterize the follicular, ovulatory and luteal phases.
Dutch Complete: Urine
The DUTCH test, which uses dried urine, is the simplest, most elegant and informative test for anyone considering bioidentical hormone therapy, or suspects they might have a hormone problem. The test is done four times in a day, and the strips are then used to give you a complete hormone panel, including metabolites, effectively replacing multiple testing methods.
ZRT Diurnal Cortisol: Saliva
A commonly used tool for assessing adrenal hormones is a diurnal cortisol curve. This curve is derived from taking four daily saliva collections – typically done upon waking, before lunch, before dinner and before bed – and charting them on a 24-hour graph. The resulting curve – also called a four-point cortisol curve or circadian cortisol pattern – reveals cortisol levels throughout the day and allows health care providers to pinpoint issues with adrenal gland function.
Genova Methylation and SNP: Blood, Buccal Swab
The Methylation Panel is an innovative test designed to offer insight into the critical biochemical methylation pathway. Methylation metabolites are measured in plasma, and genetic single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are analyzed via buccal swab. The results are synthesized on a front-page Interpretation-at-a-Glance (IAAG) graphic for quick methylation status assessment. Within the report, results are shown in a methylation pathway graphic to provide a clear understanding of the biochemistry involved.
Basic Sex Hormone Panel: Blood
Estradiol: Female hormone essential for many critical components of health, including reproductive health, bone health, and cognition.
Testosterone: An important male hormone that is also present in females at lower levels. Testosterone plays roles in reproductive health, mood, skin/hair and bone health.
Progesterone: Produced in the ovaries of women and the testes of men, progesterone plays a role in pregnancy and regulating testosterone in men.
DHEA-s: Found in both men and women, and plays an important role in making the male sex hormone testosterone and the female sex hormone estrogen. Levels that are not in range may indicate problems with adrenal glands or sex organs.
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG)
SHBG is a protein made by the liver and attaches itself to sex hormones found in both men and women. SHBG controls the delivery of sex hornones to the body's tissues.
DUTCH Plus®: Urine
The DUTCH Plus® uses four dried urine samples and five saliva samples. These samples are collected over the course of one day, from waking to bed time. The DUTCH Plus® report includes: Metabolites of Estrogens (10, including E1, E2, E3, 2-OHE1, 4-OH-E1, 2-OH-E2, 4-OH-E2, 16-OH-E1, 2-methoxy-E1, 2-methoxy-E2) , Androgens (8, including Testosterone, DHT and DHEA-S), Progesterone (2), Cortisol (3), Melatonin (6OHMS), 8-OHdG, and OATs (6). The diurnal pattern of Free Cortisol and Cortisone are also provided, including the Cortisol Awakening Response.
